We know the lives of modern-day parents are jam-packed. So much time is spent running between work, school, kids’ activities and appointments. We took this into account when designing Capestone, ensuring amenities and facilities for the community are on offer and close by.

Capestone’s Parks

Whether you’re searching for an outdoor area to keep the kids active or outdoor for a Sunday BBQ with the whole family, Capestone has plenty of parks to choose from!

From grassed areas and all-inclusive playground equipment to handball courts and table tennis, Capestone makes staying active and enjoying time outside easy. And for those who love to ride, there is a 2.5km bike trail surrounding the 12.8ha central lake. We also have installed new amenities and bathroom facilities at Capestone’s newest 21A playground to ensure residents can enjoy the open spaces for even longer!

Fitness Park 

Keeping residents fit and healthy was a key consideration for us in designing the Capestone Community. That’s why we’ve included an innovative, high-tech fitness park to encourage locals of all ages to get outdoors. 

The park features exercise stations, such as jump boxes, sit-up benches, and bikes – powered by an downloadable app that functions as your very own personal trainer, giving straightforward instructions and guidance on how to use the equipment.

Canines of Capestone 

We all know how important our four-legged friends are, that’s why we created the Capestone Dog Park, located lake side – now that’s pooch-approved! Your doggo can also enjoy a little light exercise near home at Sunstone Circuit dog park, or if they prefer long walks at Deception Bay dog beach, it’s just a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of options for your fluffiest family member who will love the lakeside life! 

Capestone Village Shopping Centre

From morning coffee through to delicious dinners, Capestone Village is Mango Hill’s newest retail centre offering locals the very best. With Everfresh Supermarket and a range of specialty stores; the centre is set alongside the lake providing convenient amenities and fantastic views. Located in the heart of the community, this precinct features retail, health, wellness & lifestyle and restaurants & cafes with amenities well-positioned to serve the current and future needs of our residents.
