Exciting new road upgrade for Capestone residents

Moreton Bay Council has begun construction on the new Mango Hill Ring Road Connection, promising an even quicker and more convenient commute to and from Capestone!

The Mango Hill Ring Road connection will link the areas on both sides of Anzac Avenue and the two Mango Hill Train Stations. The new road will navigate along Memorial Drive, Halpine Drive, Mango Hill Boulevard, Capestone Boulevard and Lamington Road. 

This upgrade will ease local traffic congestion for our Capestone residents and provide quicker access in and out of the area, making it more convenient to go between North Lakes and Mango Hill. Additionally it will increase connectivity to North Lakes’ amenities & shops, and the Sunshine Coast.

Excitingly, this is stage one of a 6.9-million-dollar project which will include the design and construction of a new two-lane median divided road, cycle lanes, pedestrian crossings, pathways, and updated landscaping.
