Northpoint of Capestone takes shape!

The Brooks Release is the first land release within the Northpoint of the Capestone development, and featured a range of 57 homesites, sized from 353m2 to 931m2.

Due to its position on the northernmost side of the development, all homesites in the Brooks release are located enviously close to the 12.8 hectare central lake and surrounding parkland.

A range of limited ‘Lakeview’ allotments were also available, hosting prime views out to the open space nodes nestled beside the 12.8-hectare lake.
